Additional charges laid against officer for theft and fraud
Additional charges of fraud and theft have been laid against a Calgary Police Service officer following an ongoing investigation and initial announcement of the charges in August.
Since August, the investigation has revealed several other similar allegations involving other hardware stores in Calgary, Okotoks and Red Deer.
Bradley TEPPER, 52, has now been charged with an additional two counts of theft over $5,000, two counts of fraud over $5,000, two counts of theft under $5,000 and two counts of fraud under $5,000. TEPPER is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025.
Const. TEPPER remains relieved from duty without pay.
