Original release below:
We have charged a massage therapist with sexual assault after an incident involving a client earlier this year.
In January 2025, the victim received a massage at Parkview Massage and Wellness, located at 3125-380 Canyon Meadows Dr. S.E. It is believed that during the session the massage therapist touched the victim in a sexual manner without consent.
The victim reported the incident to police in February 2025.
As a result of the investigation, Donald Patrick HARRIS, 46, of Calgary, has been charged with one count of sexual assault.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
We thank Parkview Massage and Wellness for their co-operation throughout this investigation.
In Canada, there is no time limit on reporting a sexual assault. Anyone who believes they are a victim of sexual assault is encouraged to report it, even if many years have passed since the incident.
