Update: Fatal Shooting - Signal Hill S.W.

The autoposy for the victim of last night's fatal shooting has been scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018.

The condition of the second victim has been updated to stable. 

Homicide detectives continue today to interview witnesses. No further information about the incident is available at this time.

Homicide Unit investigatng fatal shooting - Signal Hill Circle S.W.

The Calgary Police Service Homicide Unit is on scene at a fatal shooting.

Shortly after 11 p.m., Friday, Oct. 12, 2018, police were called to a home in the 100 block of Signal Hill Circle S.W., for reports of shots fired.

When police arrived on scene, they found one man deceased. Another victim has been taken to hospital in life-threatening condition.

Investigators remain at the scene and are speaking to witnesses.
