Seeking public assistance - Bank robbery - Shawville Blvd

The Calgary Police Service Robbery Team is seeking public assistance in identifying a person of interest in relation at a bank robbery.

At approximately 1:30 p.m., Saturday, April 1, 2017, a man entered a bank located in the 100 block of Shawville Blvd S.E. He approached the teller and stated he was armed and demanded money. The man left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.

No one was injured and there was no property damage.

The man is described as 55 to 60 years old, with a medium build, grey hair and beard. He was wearing a denim jacket, red baseball cap and jeans.
