Seeking Public Assistance - 2014 Home Invasion

The Calgary Police Service Robbery Unit is seeking public assistance in identifying a man who may have information about a 2014 home invasion.

At approximately 3:30 a.m., on Thursday, May 29, 2014, three armed and masked men forced their way into a home in the 0-100 block of Coral Springs Boulevard N.E.

A family was at home at the time – an adult man and woman, and two teenagers. The family was restrained and the man was assaulted. Cash and property were then taken from the home.

The victim was taken to hospital for serious injuries and released several months later.

Investigators do not believe this was a random incident, and it is likely the victims were targeted.

Police are releasing several photographs from CCTV seized near the home and are asking for the public to identify the man. These photos are available on The City of Calgary Newsroom.

Police have identified suspects in this case, however, officers are asking for assistance putting a name to the man in the video, as he may have information about the home invasion.

Anyone who may be able to identify this man or has information about this incident is asked to contact the Calgary Police Service Robbery Unit at 403-428-8787 or the Calgary Police Service non-emergency line at 403-266-1234.
