Calgary Fire Department Extinguish two Fires In The North East

The Calgary Fire Department responded to two separate fires within minutes and in close proximity earlier this morning. Just before 5:00 A.M. Calgary Fire responded to the 3900 block of 10 avenue where crews successfully extinguished a garage fire. While still actively suppressing this fire Calgary Fire crews responded to a garage fire in the 3900 block of Fonda Way. Fire crews were able to quickly gain control and confine this fire to a shed at the rear of a condo unit. In both incidents no injuries were reported,  Fire investigators are on scene conducting their investigation and traffic is not being impacted by these events.
