Family Day 2015 Hours of Operation for City of Calgary Facilities
The City of Calgary is adjusting its hours of operation for services and facilities on Family Day, Monday, Feb. 16, 2015.
Calgary Transit
Calgary Transit will provide a Sunday level of service on Family Day, Monday, Feb. 16. Please check the schedules page to find out when your bus is running.

Shouldice Family Day Event
Join us at the Shouldice Arena and Aquatic & Fitness Centre between 1-4 p.m. on Monday, Feb 16 for free swimming & skating, games, horse drawn wagon rides and more. A DJ will spin the hits to provide an entertaining afternoon for the whole family. Don't worry if you get hungry, we have a food truck coming too.

Family Day Weekend Climbing and Gymnastics Drop-in at Southland
The whole family is welcome to our special Family Day weekend indoor rock climbing and gymnastics drop-in, Sunday, Feb. 15 from 3-5 p.m.

The following Arenas are offering Free Public Skating from 1 - 2:30 p.m. on Family Day:

The North Mount Pleasant and Wildflower Arts Centres will be closed on Family Day, Monday, Feb. 16.
Parks: We are Family - Family Day Celebration
Spend time with your family in nature! Join us for free fun-filled nature activities throughout the Family Day weekend. We will be hosting nature-based events at some outdoor skating rinks within City Parks throughout the entire weekend. In addition, if you and your family prefer indoor nature, join us at Devonian Gardens for drop-in activities.

Residential waste & recycling collection is not affected on the Family Day holiday.
Landfills
Both Spyhill and Shepard Landfill will be closed on Family Day, Monday, Feb. 16. East Calgary Landfill is open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the holiday Monday.
Administrative Offices
Administrative offices including the Municipal Building will be closed on Monday, Feb. 16.
