Northeast

NEW: Reduced lanes northbound and southbound on 6 Street N.E. between 10 Avenue N.E. and 11 Avenue N.E. beginning on Thursday, July 13 at 7 a.m. to Saturday, July 15 at 12 p.m. Existing bus stop will be moved further north or south during closure. Closure is to accommodate utility work.

NEW: Reduced lanes eastbound 1725 32 Avenue N.E. starting Thursday, July 13 until Friday, July 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. This work accommodates construction.

NEW: Reduced lanes eastbound 32 Avenue at 23 Street N.E. starting Thursday, July 13 until Friday, July 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. This work accommodates construction.

NEW: Reduced lanes eastbound 16 Avenue at Edmonton Trail N.E. weekdays starting Thursday, July 13 until Friday, August 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This work accommodates construction.

NEW: Reduced lanes eastbound Memorial Drive between 9 Street and 12 Street N.E. on Thursday, July 13 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. This work accommodates transportation infrastructure.

Reduced lane eastbound on Country Hills Boulevard N.E. and 36 Street N.E. starting Wednesday, July 12 until Monday, July 17 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Closure is to accommodate construction

Reduced lane northbound on 52 Street N.E. at Whitehorn Drive N.E. / Temple Drive N.E. beginning on Monday, July 10 to Friday, September 1 on weekdays only daily from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pedestrian detour will be indicated via signage. Closure is to accommodate construction.

Various reduced lanes on Country Hills Boulevard N.E. at 52 Street N.E./Cityscape gate N.E. beginning on Monday, July 10 to Friday, July 21 weekdays only from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Closures are to accommodate utility work.

Reduced lane northbound on 52 Street N.E. at Temple Drive N.E./44 Avenue N.E. beginning on Tuesday, July 4 to Wednesday, August 30 (subject to change) on weekdays only from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Closure is to accommodate construction.

Reduced lanes southbound on Barlow Trail N.E. south of Country Hills Boulevard N.E. and on westbound Country Hills Boulevard N.E. approaching this intersection from Tuesday, July 4 at 9 a.m. to Friday, July 14 at 6 p.m. Closure is to accommodate construction.

Reduced northbound and southbound lanes on Falconridge Boulevard N.E. at Taradale Drive N.E. weekdays only from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 P.M. beginning on Tuesday, June 27 to Thursday, September 7. Pedestrian detour indicated via signage. This closure is to accommodate transit construction work.

Northwest

NEW: Reduced lanes on 16 Avenue and 29 Street N.W. starting Thursday, July 13 at 6 p.m. until Friday, July 14 at 6 p.m. This work accommodates construction.

Various reduced lanes on northbound and westbound intersection of 16 Avenue N.W. and 29 Street N.W. originally scheduled for Tuesday, July 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. has been rescheduled for Friday, July 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Road closure on 17 Avenue N.W. between 7 Street N.W. and 8 Street N.W. beginning on Wednesday, July 12 to Friday, July 14 daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Road will be open to local traffic only. Vehicle detour will be indicated via signage. Closure is to accommodate construction.

Reduced lane westbound on 16 Avenue N.W. between University Drive N.W. and Uxbridge Drive beginning on Monday, July 3 to Friday, July 21 weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closure is to accommodate construction.

Reduced lanes in both directions of Hidden Creek Drive N.W. at Beddington Trail N.W. daily from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays beginning on Friday, June 30. This closure also occurs from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends, and continues daily during these hours until 3 p.m. on Friday, July 14. This closure accommodates intersection improvements.

Reduced lanes on westbound 16 Avenue N.W. west of 14 Street N.W. daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. During this closure, the speed limit will be reduced to 50 km/hr. through the construction zone. This closure continues daily during these hours until 3 p.m. on Monday, July 17. Closure is to accommodate construction.

16 Avenue NW / Home Road project

• Reduced lane on westbound 16 Avenue N.W. between 49 Street N.W. and 46 Street N.W. beginning on Monday, June 19 to Saturday, July 15 weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Business access is to be maintained. Closure is to accommodate construction.
• Reduced lanes eastbound on 16 Avenue N.W. at 29 Street N.W. / Uxbridge Drive N.W. beginning on Monday, April 17 to Friday, July 21 weekdays from 9 A.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Note – there will not be a set up on Saturday, July 1 only). Speeds will be reduced to 50 km/h through the work area. Closure is to accommodate construction.

16 Avenue N.W. at 29 Street N.W. / Uxbridge Drive N.W. will see various lane closures until the end of October, 2017 as part of an intersection improvement project.

16 Ave NW / Bowfort Road Interchange Improvements

• Reduced lanes eastbound on 16 Avenue N.W. between Bowfort Road N.W. and Sarcee Trail N.W. from Tuesday, July 4 to Friday, July 14 weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Speeds will be reduced to 50 km/h through the work area. Closure is to accommodate construction.

Southeast

Road closure on McKenzie Lake Way S.E. at Mackenzie Lake Landing N.W. beginning on Wednesday, July 12 at 8 a.m. to Thursday, July 13 at 6:30 p.m. Road will be open for local traffic only. Closure is to accommodate utility work.

Various reduced lanes eastbound and westbound on 17 Avenue S.E. between 19 Street S.E. and Deerfoot Trail S.E. beginning on Wednesday, July 12 at 7 p.m. to Thursday, July 13 at 7 p.m. Speeds reduced to 50 km/h through work area. Closure is to accommodate construction.

Reduced lane eastbound on 130 Avenue S.E. at 52 Street S.E. including closed right turn lane northbound on 52 Street S.E. onto 130 Avenue S.E. beginning on Tuesday, July 11 to Friday, July 14 daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Speeds will be reduced to 50 km/h through the construction zone. This closure accommodates utility work.

Glenmore Trail / Ogden Interchange

• The right lane will be closed on northbound and southbound Ogden Road S.E. at Glenmore Trail S.E. daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, July 10 to Friday, July 14.

Road closure southbound on 3 Street S.E. between 6 Avenue S.E. and 7 Avenue S.E. with reduced northbound lanes beginning on Tuesday, June 20 at 12:00 a.m. until Friday, September 1 at 6 p.m. Vehicle and pedestrian detours indicated via signage. This closure accommodates construction.

Macleod Trail / 162 Avenue Interchange Project

• There will be various lane closures on southbound Macleod Trail S.E. between Shawnessy Boulevard S.E. / Midlake Boulevard S.E. and 162 Avenue S.E. / Sun Valley Boulevard S.E. from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily on Monday, July 10 to Friday, July 14.
• There will be various lane closures on northbound Macleod Trail S.E. between 162 Avenue S.E. / Sun Valley Boulevard S.E. and Shawnessy Boulevard S.E. / Midlake Boulevard S.E. from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily on Monday, July 10 to Friday, July 14.
• Reduced lanes on Sun Valley Boulevard S.E. at Macleod Trail S.E. daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, July 10 to Wednesday, July 12.

210 Avenue S.E. between Sheriff King Street and MacLeod Trail S.E. will be closed until Monday, July 31. This closure accommodates utility work. Please use alternate routes.

Southbound 3 Street S.E. between 6 Avenue and 8 Avenue S.E. will be closed until early July. Access to Lot 47 will be available at all times and can only be accessed from 9 Avenue S.E. Please use alternate routes and expect delays. This closure accommodates the 3 Street corridor improvement project.

Southwest

NEW: Right lane closed on eastbound Sun Valley Boulevard at Sunpark Gate S.W. on Thursday, July 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Access to and from Sunpark Gate to Sun Valley Boulevard will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

NEW: Reduced lanes on McKenzie Lake Way S.E. between McKenzie Drive S.W. and McKenzie Lake Boulevard S.E. daily beginning July 13 until July 19 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. This closure accommodates signal work.

17 Avenue S. reconstruction project

• 17 Avenue will be closed to traffic between Macleod Trail and Centre Street starting May 19.

Alberta Transportation
