Northeast

NEW: The left lane of southbound 36 Street N.E. is closed between Whitehorn Drive N.E. and 32 Avenue N.E. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1 for utility work.

NEW: The right lane of eastbound 16 Avenue N.E. is closed at 1 Street N.E. from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1 for construction.

Update: The right lane of eastbound 32 Avenue N.E. is closed at 12 Street N.E. daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This closure continues daily during these hours until 3 p.m. on Thursday, February 2 and accommodates construction.

Various single lane closures in all directions at Country Hills Boulevard N.E. and 25 Street N.E. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily beginning on Monday, January 30. This closure continues daily during these hours until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1 and accommodates utility work.

Northwest

NEW: Various single lane closures at Country Hills Boulevard N.W. and Nose Hills Drive N.W. daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning on Wednesday, February 1. This closure continues daily during these hours until 3 p.m. on Friday, February 3 and accommodates utility work.

Southeast

There will be various single lane closures at 17 Avenue S.E. and 52 Street S.E. daily from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning on Tuesday, January 31. These closures continue daily during these hours until 2 p.m. on Friday, February 3 and accommodate utility work.

The right lane of 32 Avenue N.E. is closed at 12 Street N.E. and the speed limit is reduced to 50 km/hr. through the closure from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily beginning on Monday, January 30. This closure continues daily during these hours until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1 and accommodates utility work.

Macleod Trail / 162 Avenue Interchange project

  • There will be various lane closures on southbound Macleod Trail between Shawnessy Boulevard / Midlake Boulevard and 162 Avenue S.E. / Sun Valley Boulevard from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily on Monday, January 30 until Friday, February 3.
  • There will be various lane closures on northbound Macleod Trail between 162 Avenue S.E. / Sun Valley Boulevard and Shawnessy Boulevard / Midlake Boulevard from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily on Monday, January 30 until Friday, February 3.
  • Southbound Macleod Trail at 162 Avenue S.E. / Sun Valley Boulevard, will be reduced to one lane and directed to the east side of roadway into a two-way traffic set-up from 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 31 until 5 a.m. Wednesday, February 1 to allow for bridge girder installation. Alternate routes are recommended as delays are expected.
  • Northbound Macleod Trail at 162 Avenue S.E. / Sun Valley Boulevard, will be reduced to one lane and directed to the west side of roadway into a two-way traffic set-up from 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 1 until 5 a.m. Thursday, February 2 to allow for bridge girder installation. In addition, the ramp to northbound Macleod Trail from 162 Avenue S.E. will be closed with traffic detoured to Midlake Boulevard to re-connect with northbound Macleod Trail. Alternate routes are recommended as delays are expected

Glenmore Trail / Ogden Interchange

  • The Shepard Road access south of Glenmore is closed. There will be a new access created at 24 Street S.E. south of Glenmore Trail, west of the existing Shepard Road alignment. Traffic requiring to access Shepard Road south of Glenmore Trial will be detoured via the new 24 Street S.E. exit and then along 86 Avenue S.E. to reconnect with Shepard Road. There will be limited business access north of 86 Avenue S.E. on Shepard Road after detour in place. In addition, the eastbound lanes on Glenmore Trail will be re-aligned into the next stage of construction. The eastbound and westbound lanes will be separated with two new intersections created. Ogden Road will have some alignment shifts north of Glenmore Trail to accommodate these traffic changes.

Southwest

The right lane of southbound 8 Street S.W. is closed between 8 Avenue and 10 Avenue S.W. beginning at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, February 1. This closure accommodates construction and will remain in place until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15.

The right lane of northbound 8 Street S.W. is closed from 8 Avenue to 10 Avenue S.W. beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday, January 23. This closure continues until 7 a.m. on Wednesday, February 1 and accommodates construction.

The left lane and adjacent cycle track on 12 Avenue S.W. is closed between 2 Street S.W. and 4 Street S.W. beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday, January 30. During this closure, cycle track traffic will be diverted to the closed traffic lane. This closure remains in place until 3 p.m. on Friday, February 3 and accommodates utility work.

The right lane and adjacent cycle track on 5 Street S.W. between 7 Avenue and 8 Avenue S.W. is closed daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning on Wednesday, January 11. Cycle track traffic will be diverted to the closed traffic lane. This closure continues daily during these hours until 3 p.m. on Friday, March 10 and accommodates utility work.

17 Avenue S. reconstruction project

  • 17 Avenue S.W. is reduced to a single lane in each direction between Centre Street South and 1 Street S.E. through 7 p.m. on Friday, February 3.
