Calgary police ask for help to locate man wanted on warrants

UPDATE: Nathan GERVAIS has been located.

The Calgary Police Service is asking for the public’s help to locate a man who is wanted on warrants for violating a court order.

Nathan Paul GERVAIS, 21, of Calgary, was placed under 24-hour house arrest while awaiting his trial after being charged with first-degree murder in connection with an incident in 2013. When police checked his residence the morning of Saturday, April 16, 2016, he was not home and investigators have been unable to locate him.

Canada-wide warrants have now been issued for his arrest and anyone who has had contact with GERVAIS in the past week is asked to contact police.

Anyone with information on GERVAIS’ whereabouts is asked to call the Calgary Police Service non-emergency line at 403-266-1234, or the Homicide Unit Tip Line at 403-428-8877. Tips can also be left anonymously by contacting Crime Stoppers using any of the following methods:
