Calgarians are invited to a Public Information Session on an application to redevelop Bridgeland School site

(Calgary, AB) –The City of Calgary is hosting a public information session on Monday, Nov. 23, about an application to redevelop the Bridgeland School site, currently known as Delta West Academy.

The City is reviewing an application from O2 Planning + Design and Minto Communities to redevelop the site with the intention of building two townhouse buildings to accommodate 39 residential units, and repurpose the school structure to accommodate other uses such as an art studio, child care facility, school or performing arts centre.

Calgarians are encouraged to attend a drop-in information session to meet the project team, learn more about how this application is being processed and provide feedback. The developer will also be in attendance to share details of their proposal and answer questions.
