Additional photos and search in BOISSEAU homicide

The Calgary Police Service is releasing photos of a vehicle involved in the homicide of Jeremy BOISSEAU and is conducting further searches in the area where his remains were found.

In October of 2018, the remains of Jeremy BOISSEAU were found in a wooded area north of Waiparous, off Forestry Trunk Road. Investigators believe the homicide occurred between the late hours of Monday, Dec. 26, 2016 and early morning Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2016, in an apartment in the 600 block of 1 Ave N.E.

BOISSEAU’s body was then transported in a brown 1990 Ford F250. The registered owner of the Ford F250 is not believed to be involved in the offence.

Investigators are trying to determine the movement of the Ford F250, both after the murder and after the body was transported to the Waiparous area.

Two sets of photos are being released:

The first set of photos show the Ford F250 prior to the homicide.

The second set of photos is of CCTV footage from the parking lot behind the apartment building where it is believed the homicide took place. It is believed the Ford F250 was parked there prior to the body being transported.

Investigators are still working to obtain CCTV footage from the night of Monday, Dec. 26, 2016, and early morning Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2016.

Last week, a search of the area where BOISSEAU’s remains were found led to further evidence. An additional search will take place today, Thursday, May 23, 2019.

Anyone who saw the Ford F250 truck in the Bridgeland area on the night of the homicide or in the Waiparous area is asked to contact the Calgary Police Service Homicide Tip Line at 403-428-8877.
