14 Street N.W. is completely closed from Northmount Drive to 24 Avenue N.W. due to an emergency watermain break. During this time, northbound traffic on 14 Street N.W. will be detoured at 24 Avenue, and southbound traffic will be detoured at Northmount Drive.

This closure will be ongoing until further notice. Major delays to traffic are expected during the afternoon and evening rush hours, and motorists are encouraged to take alternate routes if possible.
